Highland

This historic Victorian had been remodeled in the early 2000’s, but its charming original footprint was not expansive enough for a large, outdoorsy family. A small addition in a crucial place on the lower level joined the spaces, and allowed for a larger kitchen, dining, living, and rear porch with a double sided fireplace. To cap it all off, the reconfiguration of rooms on the first level meant enough space for a whole new master bedroom upstairs.
